I know that seeing a solicitor can often be a puzzling and unsatisfactory experience especially where emotions and relationships are concerned.

I founded ELM Solicitors to change that pre-conception because I passionately believe in an holistic approach to divorce and family breakdown where a process that is life changing can be empowering but not inhibiting.

 

At a time when you and your family are at your most vulnerable I understand the need for compassionate and constructive advice. My own life experience gives me insight into the wider issues that can often cloud negotiations and outcomes. My clear approach can help you look forward and make informed positive decisions about your future.

Divorce and relationship breakdown is not something that anyone plans or chooses but it is important that you have the best advice to make the journey as straightforward as possible for you and your family.

In my individual approach I will take you through the various stages of your case demystifying and explaining the options open to you and your family with care and compassion, forging a relationship of trust.

 

In addition to the holistic approach I practice I am able to offer referrals to other professionals and bodies where appropriate who can help with counselling, financial matters and general advice completing an all round support system.

There is no ‘one fits all solution’. I handle each case personally only taking on a realistic number of clients at any one time. I will deal with your case with sensitivity, tact and an understanding of the changing issues in your life.

I am a member of Resolution and a trained Collaborative Lawyer. I am a Trustee and work in an advisory capacity for the charity MATCH (Mothers Apart from Their Children) and have taught Family Law part time at Ruskin College in Oxford. I sit on the forum Action on Family Contact and have taken part in discussions on BBC Radio Four and local Radio.

We offer a fixed fee for Divorce and highly competitive rates on all other matters.
We do not charge VAT.
